I spent over 4 years trying to find a doctor to hear me when I said I needed help because something was wrong and it was not "psychological" as each practitioner told me. Dr. Cohen was the first doctor that decided to listen to me and extend help. That help turned out to be needed, as my MRI determined I had a neurological disease and will need treatment the remainder of my life. I have been treated by Dr. Cohen ever since and he knows who I am when I walk into his office, he is warm yet direct and takes time to make sure he understands my issues and gives very good guidance and referrals to other doctors as well. (Found out I have a second neurological disease as well because why not?) I could not be more grateful for him trusting me that first visit and taking a chance to see if something was wrong - without him I might not be in treatment for the last 2.5 years but still trying to find a diagnosis. His office is wonderful for receiving my IV treatments - it's basically a spa and they all know me by name there too. I recommend him & his team to anyone needing a neurologist.

I just completed my first round of IVIg and so far so good. The staff is very friendly, attentive and competent. The facility is clean, professional and comfortable. I am glad I'm able to work with Dr. Cohen and his staff.

After the first visit, I left feeling more hopeful than I felt in years! The front office staff are warm and inviting and Dr. Cohen takes the time to explain things. The appointments don’t feel rushed and Dr. Cohen listens to you. I wish I would have went to see him sooner!

Very friendly but a little thrown off with the address and directions to the correct building. I was told next door and it was actually two doors downs. The first door I went into was an empty storefront which was odd. Then my instincts said leave immediately, I left and went to the next door, after that all was well pleasant after that.

Dr Cohen was fantastic. I have been dealing with several health professionals concerning my mother’s dementia and they have all been non-empathetic and quite unhelpful. Dr Cohen took the time to speak to me and be very honest about the stage of dementia my mother is in. He cared enough to address her behavioral systems and moods. Dr. Cohen was very knowledgeable in finding out how a compressed nerve in my left elbow has been causing numbness in a couple couple of fingers that are connected to that same nerve on my left arm. Surgery will be needed to repair this issue but it’s always good to get straight answers!

I would describe Dr. Cohen as a realist with a good bed-side manner who was well-versed in a complex and rare disease called Ramsay Hunt Syndrome, which other neurologists seemed less familiar with. He put my case in context with other far worse cases he had treated, which made me feel very grateful and in good hands! He confirmed that is that there is nothing medication can do once past the acute stage of the disease, and gave me a more holistic approach with vitamin recommendations that followed research for a similar condition, Bell's Palsy. He gave me a realistic time-line and gave me hope versus the other neurologist I saw early on in my illness who simply did not know. I would definitely recommend seeing Dr. Cohen for complex neurological problems.

My experience was very good. The receptionist was awesome and the Dr was knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. Their website was hard to use and it was hard to make an appointment, but once you speak with someone, it all worked out.

I wasn’t able to get into the office do to Covid and taken care of Family. Though Dr.Cohen office did call and check in on me. I was able to get into an appointment on Tuesday while I was being seen for other office visits! Dr. Cohen and his staff are AWESOME! Very Respectful.

I’m very happy with Dr. Cohen. For over 25 yrs I’ve always been told that it was a sinus infection! Even when I explained I had double vision nobody help me! Dr.Cohen ask if I had time he ran all test and showed me what my issue was! This after being told 1 week ago it’s a sinus infection.
