Physical Therapist
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide hands-on therapy to reduce pain, restore function, improve balance, and support neurological recovery.
- Collaborate closely with our physicians and multidisciplinary team to coordinate care.
- Play an active role in helping build and grow the physical therapy program.
- Educate patients and their caregivers on rehabilitation techniques and preventative care.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
Qualifications
- Doctorate or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or MPT) from an accredited program.• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Illinois.
- 3+ years of clinical experience required.• Strong interest in neurological rehabilitation preferred.
- Vestibular rehabilitation experience or willingness to learn preferred.
- Spanish-speaking preferred.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and interest in growing a new service line.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
Physician Assistant
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients with neurological and musculoskeletal conditions, including concussions, headaches, and low back pain.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, spanning general neurological care to athletic prep and recovery.
- Perform diagnostic assessments and interpret results to support patient care.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and caregivers on diagnosis, treatment plans, and self-management strategies.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
- Active Physician Assistant license in the state of Illinois.
- 2+ years of clinical experience, with a strong background in an outpatient Neurological setting (experience in pain management or PM&R is a plus).
- At least 4,000 hours of clinical experience under a collaborative agreement with a physician.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Preferred: Spanish fluency.
